| 摘 要： | 高校是社会最敏感的细胞，高校重大突发事件具有破坏性、社会性、不确定性等特点。高校突发事件如果不及时采取措施进行有效处理．将会引发高校群体性的事件，从而危害整个校园和社会的稳定。当前我国高校处理突发事件的能力较弱，学校的应急管理水平严重滞后，应急管理建设跟不上要求，警觉性较差，师生缺乏自救、救护的防灾意识和能力。突发事件管理和应急能力有待加强．

| Abstract: | College is the most sensitive cell in the society. Sudden Events in colleges have their own features, such as devastating, sociality, uncertainty and so on. If we don＇t adopt effective measures to deal with the sudden events, they will trigger group events in colleges to endanger the steadier of the entire colleges and society. At present, the capability in dealing with the sudden events of the colleges in our country is inferior. The level of handling an emergency and the management is delayed seriously. The constructions of handling an emergency and the management don＇t catch up with the demands. The alertness is weak. The teachers and the students lack the awareness and capability of rescuing themselves and others. The management of sudden events and the capability of handling an emergency are waiting to strengthen. |
