大学英语教师职业倦怠现状的调查与研究

摘    要:采用整群抽样法,利用中式职业倦怠量表(CMBI)对270名大学英语教师的职业倦怠状况及影响因素进行初步调查研究。结果发现:大学英语教师职业倦怠水平达轻中度,检出率为75.4%;性别、婚姻状况在个人成就感降低维度上有显著性差异;学历、教龄在耗竭维度上有显著性差异;职称、学校类型在职业倦怠三个维度上均产生差异,但并不显著。

Abstract:University English teachers' professional weariness and its causes were investigated by sampling 270 teachers with CMBI questionnaires.It was found that 75.4% of these English teachers had experienced a low or medium level of professional weariness.There were obvious gender-and marital status-related differences in the extent of their reduced sense of personal accomplishment,and so were there clear differences in their degrees of exhaustion related to their education background and seniority.On the other hand,professional titles and types of university only created minor differences in their degrees of professional weariness.
