| 摘 要： | 本对Windows平台下的符号字体进行了研究；探讨了目前国际音标字符的几种输入方法；最后，还给出了一种快速创建生词表的方法。对外语教育、研究工作，尤其是那些编写外语试卷、教材以及制作外语多媒体课件的用户，快速地输入、处理国际音标字符有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a study on the notion graphics of the w indow platform, discussing the present methods of inputting international phonetic alphabets. A t last, a way of rapidly creating new words tables is provided. It makes a certa in introductory meaning to foreign language education and study researchers on t he rapid inputting and proceeding of international phonetic alphabets, especiall y to users who compile foreign language examination papers, text books and make multimedia texts of foreign language. |
