| 摘 要： | 随着我国对外开放与信息网络的发展，汉语中的音译外来词语越来越多，这是经济与化繁荣的标志，同时，大量的音译外来词译音的不统一、不准确，也给两岸三地人们在阅读和认知上带来很多麻烦，音译的规范今天成了大家共同的要求。对外来词音译的规范可从两方面着手：普通名词与一般术语宣尽可能运用意译或音义兼译、音译加意译的方法，以便于阅读和理解；遵循汉语语音的规范原则与读音习惯，尽可能以普通话语音为标准译音。

| Abstract: | With the implement of open-door policy and the development of cyberspace in our country,more and more Chinese versions of foreign proper names have come into being,which is a symbol of economic and cultural prosperity. However,the fact that lots of versions are not unified brings us cognitive misunderstanding. There is a cry for a standard and unified transliteration in this respect. Some basic rules are suggested in Chinese transliteration of foreign proper names |
