| 摘 要： | 目前,中国高校外语教师教育发展滞后。相比较而言,日本高度充实高校外语教师教育,通过开放教师教育体系,教师教育一体化,严格教师资格制度等多种途径促进了日本高校外语教师不断专业化,教学质量不断提高。这些都为中国高校外语教师教育提供了很好的借鉴。

| Abstract: | At present,China's development of foreign language teacher education is slower than that of Japan.In order to improve the teaching quality,Japanese government has taken a series of measures to professionalize university foreign language teachers such as making teacher education system open,integrating pre-service with in-service education and setting up strict rules for teachers' license.All these measures can serve as references for China's university foreign language teacher education. |
