| Abstract: | In campus network, the management and the maintenance of IP address is a heavy task. In this article, the author introduced the whole process of using DHCP server to automatically assign IP address to other hosts in the campus network. Also the author summarized the common problems encountered when instally and configuring the DHCP server and gives the solutions to them. |
