| Abstract: | The paper integrates the meanings of innovation,network organization,the cooperation of industry,university and research institute.It also puts forward the definition of innovation network organization in cooperation of industry,university and research institute.Then it introduces the characteristics and advantages,and summarizes the organization mode and operation mechanism.Finally it cites the case of IRIS network center in Canada to introduce its successful experiences. |
