| 摘 要： | 我国非物质文化遗产资源丰富，但现状不容乐观，保护非物质文化遗产的工作已经刻不容缓。一是提供资金保障，这是前提；二是人才队伍的建设，这是根本；三是市场化运作，这是保持其生命力的重要方法；四是法律保障，这是所有保护方式的基础。
