| 摘 要： | 本文利用北京大学教育经济研究所于2003年、2005年、2007年、2009年和2011年进行的五次全国高校毕业生的抽样调查数据,对毕业生的就业状况和求职状况进行了比较研究,分析我国高校扩招以来毕业生的就业特点与变化趋势,并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the national scale graduate survey data sets conducted in 2003,2005, 2007,2009,and 2011 by Institute of Economics of Education,Peking University, this paper provided a statistic comparative analysis on employment results and job search process.This paper mainly examined characteristic of college graduate employment in China,as well as its changing trends since the massification of Chinese higher education.Policy implications are raised on basis of the empirical results. |
