| 摘 要： | 当前,我国"三农"问题严重,主要表现在农业、农村发展受阻,农民增收缓慢,城乡差距加大,究其原因是多方面的,城乡分治、工农分离的城乡二元结构体制则是其中最基本的原因.解决好"三农"问题是全党工作的重中之重,必须找准对策、制订措施从各方面去努力,但最根本的对策是统筹城乡、走城乡一体化发展道路.
