| 摘 要： | 本文借鉴国际高等职业教育的经验，结合无锡高新技术产业开发区经济发展对机电一体化复合化岗位要求，分析了机电一体化专业复合型人才培养的必要性，提出了机电一体化专业“复合型”人才培养模式的思路，详细阐述了机电一体化复合型人才的培养目标、培养模式和培养途径。

| Abstract: | The research borrows those practices from foreign vocational education institutions while taking those requirements of economic development of Wuxi Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone into consideration.It examines the necessity of cultivating general workforce of Mechatronics and comes up with a nurturing scheme with a specification of the nurturing objectives,mode and approaches. |
