| 摘 要： | 当前,我国房市总体上仍然存在较多的泡沫。未来几年房价的最佳走势是小幅下跌。房价小幅度下跌既有利于满足广大无房、缺房市民改善居住条件的愿望,又有利于降低金融风险,还有利于避免房价暴跌可能带来的破坏性。
