| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校应把培养具有＂工程师素质、技师水平＂的职业技能型高职毕业生,作为人才培养的出发点和宗旨,接近生产实际的实训实践教学是探求＂产、学、研＂的教学内容和＂教、学、做＂的教学形式相结合的有效方法,体现的是＂以教师（师傅）为主导,以学生为主体＂的教学理念,是办好特色职业教育的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational colleges should take the training of career skilled higher vocational graduates with engineer quality and technician level as the start and aim for talents training.The practical training teaching closed to production practice is to explore the effective teaching method combining the teaching content of produce,study and research with the teaching form of teach,study and doing.It embodies the teaching concept of teachers as main guide and students as main body,which is the effective approach to running distinct vocational education. |
