| Abstract: | Currently,vocational and technical education was attracting more and more attention from the government and others.For the features of secondary vocational and technical school students,the head teacher has his particular role in the field of administrating students.So,in secondary vocational and technical schools,a good job of the head teacher plays positive guiding role in students’better integrating into society. |
