| 摘 要： | 普通话水平测试（简称“PSC”）在推普工作中起到了非常重要的作用。PSC测试中字词错读失分有主客观两方面的种种原因。为提高PSC的信度和效度，PSC本身确实需要进一步地科学化、规范化，同时应试人也应从各方面提高自己，做好应该准备，从而在PSC中发挥出正常的水平。

| Abstract: | Standard Chinese proficiency Test has played an important role in the popularization of Standard Chinese since 1995.The loss of scores caused by mispronunciation of words and phrase has subjective and objective reasons.In order to improve its reliability and effectiveness,the test itself needs further scientification and standerdization while the examinee should improve himself and make good preparations to bring his normal level into play. |
