| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展．面对21世纪的激烈竞争．心理素质的地位和作用越来越突出，体育对心理健康的积极作用的研究．越来越得到重视．在认识上也越来越深入。未来人才不仅要掌握现代化的科学技术，而且要有健康的体魄、健全的人格、健康的心理；把心理健康教育渗透到体育教学中去，是培养学生健全人格的有效途径。
