木桶原理与反木桶原理在高校学术梯队建设中的应用分析

摘    要:根据木桶原理,要想提升高校学术梯队建设的整体优势,不仅要关注"长木板"———学科带头人、学术带头人的引进,更要注重"短木板"———加大对中青年学术骨干尤其是教学科研助手和教学科研人员的培养,而反木桶原理把聚焦点放在了"长木板"上,提倡一种特色突显的创新战略,因此,高校学术梯队建设应处理好学术"领军人物"和"团队"的辩证关系。
