| 摘 要： | 根据木桶原理,要想提升高校学术梯队建设的整体优势,不仅要关注＂长木板＂———学科带头人、学术带头人的引进,更要注重＂短木板＂———加大对中青年学术骨干尤其是教学科研助手和教学科研人员的培养,而反木桶原理把聚焦点放在了＂长木板＂上,提倡一种特色突显的创新战略,因此,高校学术梯队建设应处理好学术＂领军人物＂和＂团队＂的辩证关系。
