摘    要:研究了通过添加2.6wt%水溶性高分子聚丙烯酰胺到氧化锆陶瓷悬浮体中能够消除在空气中凝胶注模成型的坯体的表面脱粉现象,成型出的形状复杂的氧化锆湿坯体性能良好,均匀致密;还研究了氧化锆粉体加入聚丙烯酰胺前后在水中的分散特性,同时对坯体的抗弯强度和显微结构进行了详细地测试和观察。

Abstract:This study shows that the surface-exfoliation phenomenon of green bodies gelcasted in air was eliminated via adding 2.6wt% amount of water-soluble polymer polyacrylamide(PAM) to the monomer solution.It is favorable that performance of complex form shape green bodies of zirconia formed by gelcasting.It is evenly fine and close.The dispersion of ZrO2 powder in water in the presence and without of PAM was investigated.The flexural strength and microstructure of green bodies were measured and observed detailedly in this article.
