| Abstract: | With the implementation of the new curriculum of Physical Education and Health,we find it urgent to discuss the concept and strategy about effective teaching.A PE teacher should form a new concept about an effective physical education in general universities and colleges at the level of ideology,and have a scientific teaching plan and implementing and evaluating strategies at the level of operation. |
