摘    要:人的教育是以人的潜能为发展基础,通过人性发展,实现人与自然、社会的和谐统一的社会实践活动。非人教育是以社会需要为出发点,通过“价值限定”,实现人的“工具化”的过程。决定“人”的教育或非人教育主要体现在六大教育关系的处理上:一、潜能与发展关系;二、自我与需要关系;三、个性与共性关系;四、人与才关系;五、情与理关系;六、自律与他律关系。

Abstract:Human education is a social activity based on human potentiality, which can achieve the harmony of human, nature, society through the development of human nature. Non-human education starts with social demands to accomplish the course of human instrumentalization through value restriction. Six crucial relationships are the determining factors: potential and development, self and need, personality and commonality, human and talent, sensibility and sense, autonomy and heteronomy.
