| 摘 要： | 针对当前高职学生就业过程中存在的就业心理欠成熟、就业观念存在误区、就业面试技巧欠缺、综合素质尚待提高等主观方面的问题,对学校教育提出了三方面的对策建议:把“培养学生较强的就业竞争力“作为高职院校人才培养的首要目标;注重培养学生的专业素养和技能,提高学生的综合素质;加强对高职学生的就业指导.

| Abstract: | Nowadays, there are some subjective problems in the process of higher vocational college graduades' getting a job, such as the lack of a mature psychology and interviewing technicalities, the misunderstandings in their concepts and their under-promoting symthesis qualifications .So we put forward three solution here . For one thing , we should make developing the students' competent ability as the most important objective while training higher vocational college talents. For the second thing ,we should pay more attention to the students' special training and improvement of their specialized and symthesis quality. Still the third, we should place emphasis on the guidance of getting employment. |
