| Abstract: | This paper discusses the main elements of inner cohesive force at school. It concludes that the school master is the key element and that the school master's correct motivation, healthy psychology and arts for communication will influence greatly on the formation of inner cohesive force, but the school master's personal bias and relations are the two major elements to the development in the communication with the staff. |
