| Abstract: | Faced with the constantly changeable internal and external environment,it is the basic guarantee for the enterprise to promote core competence constantly to be in an unassailable position in the market competition.The article has introduced the basic concepts and characters of core competence,elaborated the relationship between VCM and core competence and pointed out strategic measures to promote core competence in terms of value chain management. |
