| 摘 要： | 湖北职业技术学院实训基地建设以职业性、先进性、共享性、开放性等为原则,建立了由政府、学院、企业、民间资本等共同参与多元投资结构,坚持总体规划、分步实施、逐步完善、项目推进的方针,在实践中形成了集中与分块管理相结合、模拟企业化管理和生产企业化管理等运行模式,并在教学实训、职业技能培训与鉴定、生产实训等方面取得了显著成效。

| Abstract: | The construction of practice training base of Hubei Vocational and Technical College adhere to the principles of vocationalization,advancement,co-sharing and openness,contruct the pluralistic investment structure participated by government,college itself,enterprise and non-governmental capital,persist in the guideline of overall planning,step-by-step implementation,gradual optimization and item advancement,which has formed the operational models of combination of contralized management with intersected management,simulation enterprise management and production enterprise management,and achieved distinctive effect in the aspects of professional skills training and identification,production and practice training. |
