| 摘 要： | 采用运动中任务定向和自我定向问卷、友谊质量问卷和身体锻炼等级量表对700名大学生进行测量,运用分层回归统计分析方法,探讨友谊质量在成就目标定向与体育锻炼参与之间的调节作用。结果表明:任务目标定向、自我目标定向均能正向预测大学生体育锻炼参与;友谊质量对体育锻炼参与具有显著的正向预测作用;友谊质量对自我目标定向和体育锻炼参与之间的关系具有调节作用;友谊质量和任务目标定向之间对体育锻炼参与的预测不存在交互效应。结论:各科目教师和家长不应忽视对学生和子女的同伴友谊质量的培养,自我目标定向者参与课外体育锻炼时,应尽量选择和自己友谊质量较高的同伴一起锻炼。

| Abstract: | 700 college students were investigated with task orientation ＆ ego orientation questionnaire, friendship quality questionnaire and exercise rating scale. Using sequential hierarchical regression analysis, the paper tries to find out the regulating effect of friendship quality between achievement target orientation and exercise participation. The result shows that task goal orientation and ego goal orientation can positively predict college students＇ exercise participation. And friendship quality has the significant role of positive prediction. Friendship quality can regulate the relationship between ego goal orientation and exercise participation. There is no interaction between friendship quality and task goal orientation in predicting exercise participation. The conclusion is that teachers of the different subjects and parents should not neglect fostering the partner friendship quality of their students and children. Those who have ego goal orientation should choose the companions with high friendship quality. |
