| 摘 要： | 县级融媒体中心建设已经一年半了,很多地方在建设中积累了丰富的经验,也出现了更多具有挑战性的新问题。根据要求,今年年底县级融媒体中心要基本实现全国全覆盖,但其实任重道远。2020年伊始,将是2.0版县级融媒体中心建设的开端,是中心建设的黄金时期,也是全面铺开、加紧建设的关键阶段。自主平台建设、中心定位、功能聚合和数据生产是检验2.0版县级融媒体中心建设效果的四个方面。

| Abstract: | The county-level media center is now under construction for a year and a half. While experience in terms of this nationwide project has accumulated, new problems have also emerged. According to the administrative requirements, the county-level media center shall achieve full national coverage by the end of 2019. Hence the year of 2020 will be the prime time for the county-level media center with regards to the construction and enhancement. Independent platform construction, center positioning, function aggregation and data production are the four aspects to test the effect of the 2.0 county-level media center. |
