| 摘 要： | 加强官德建设是加强干部队伍建设的一项重要内容,我们应从关乎事业成败的视角来认识加强官德建设的重大意义。加强官德建设的内容较一般民众的道德素养更丰富,它涵盖了官员的思想道德修养、人格道德修养、职业道德修养、权力道德修养等诸多方面。加强官德建设一定要着眼于党执政、社会进步和国家发展,做到"四个结合"。

| Abstract: | Intensifying official morals building is an important thing in strengthening the building of the ranks of cadres.We must view the importance of the building of official morals from the point of view of the success or failure of the socialistic causes.Intensifying the building of official morals is richer in contents as compared with those of the common people,for it implies such aspects as in moral cultivations in ideology,personality,profession and power. |
