荧光检测中光电倍增管的增益电压控制

摘    要:光电倍增管是一种能将微弱电信号转换为可测电信号的光电器件,具有极高的检测灵敏度。正因如此,其光强响应范围受到一定限制。为此,光电倍增管一般通过调整其控制电压,改变光电倍增管的增益,使其能在更宽的光强范围内检测。本文研究了光电倍增管控制电压与输出增益的关系,并将这一技术应用于荧光检测中,实验结果显示,输出增益随控制电压改变而改变,且两者有较好的相关性,相关性达到0.992,结果表明根据光强自动调整倍增管控制电压,可以有效提高荧光检测中的测试范围。

Abstract:The multiplier phototube is one kind can transform the weak electricalsignal into the observable electrical signal photoelectric apparatus,has the extremely high examination sensitivity.Because of so,itsluminous intensity response scope is receiving the certain limit.Therefore,the multiplier phototube generally through adjusts itscontrol voltage,the change multiplier phototube gain,enables its toexamine in the wider luminous intensity scope.This article hasstudied the relations which the multiplier phototube control voltageAND output increases. And applies this technology in the fluorescenceexamination, the experimental result showed, the output increasesalong with the control voltage change changes, also two has a betterrelevance, the relevance achieves 0.992, finally indicated the basisluminous intensity automatic control multiplier tube control voltage,may effectively enhance in the fluorescence examination the testscope.
