| 摘 要： | 转型中国的关系运作对于司法权威的影响重大,严重削弱了司法权威,要摆脱关系运作的负面影响,从关系运作到最终的作用对象法官入手,针对干扰法官的层层关系网,建立法官抵御关系侵扰的制度屏障,从而维护司法权威。

| Abstract: | During China's transition period,intervention by people with "connections" upon the judicial system has had a significantly negative effect on judicial authority.In order to minimize this negativity and to preserve the integrity of the judicial system,the author thinks that a set of "barrier" systems that prevent powerful outside connections from influencing or bringing pressure to bear upon the judicial system would be highly recommended. |
