| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法等,对1997年-2009年版《竞技健美操竞赛规则》进行研究分析,试图找出难度动作的变化特点及趋势,并根据近几年我国健美操队取得的成绩,探析我国竞技健美操如何更好的发展.
