| 摘 要： | 本文根据中学体操教学的特点探讨素质教育观下中学体操教学的教学观念、教学内容、教学方法等如何实现素质教育要求。提出应确立体育的终身化、民主化与个性化的教学观念 ;改造体操难度大要求高的教材内容 ;创新教法手段 ,使学生不断获得成功体验 ,发挥学生的主体性 ,提高中学体操教学质量。

| Abstract: | According to gymnastics teaching features in middle school,we discuss how teaching notions, teaching contents and teaching methods of gymnastics in middle school can realize the demands of quality education under the viewpoint of it.We suggest that we should advocate the teaching notions of the permanence,democratization, and individualization of physical education, innovate the hardness and high-demand of gymnastics teaching contents, create the teaching methods, increase students' experience of success, stimulate the individuality of students, and enhance the quality of gymnastics teaching in middle school. |
