| 摘 要： | 在现代排球运动整体进攻质量明显提高的情况下，全面提高防守的能力，已经成为克敌制胜的关键，而提高后排的防守能力成为了防守的重中之重，要提高后排的防守能力，就必须从根本上改变以往以静制动，等着挨打的被动后排防守理念，只有形成敌动我动，动中取球，以动制动，变被动为相对主动的全新后排防守观念，才能重新构建排球运动新的攻守平衡，从而达到促进和提高排球整体水平的目的。

| Abstract: | After about 100 years' evelvement and development, the modern velleyball has developed a unique character. However the perfection on its teclnique and tactic the quality of attack is much better than that of defense,So the key to win a game is to develope the whole team's defensive ability. So developing the back line defensive ability become the most important to improve the defense of the back line. We must change the tactic in root back line defensive idea. As long. As new principies are developed in maintained of acling wher. the opponens actcapturing the ball in take charge in action and chang from passive to active. A new attack - defense balance will be re-constucted by enhancing the overall improvement of volleyball competition. |
