| 摘 要： | 德沃金对平等权思想的提出有一定的社会历史背景。平等关怀和尊重是德沃金平等权思想的主要内容。在我国建设社会主义和谐社会的过程中，德沃金的平等权思想对我国有效解决当前社会中诸多不平等的现象和问题具有重要的启示意义。

| Abstract: | Dworkin on the equal rights has a certain social and historical background. Equal care and respect for equal rights are the main content of Dworkin thought. In the building of our socialist and harmonious society, the equal rights of Dworkin are of important instruction to the solution to many inequalities and problems in the current society. |
