| 摘 要： | 随着我国体育职业化的深入,体育经纪产业也迅速发展起来。文章通过文献资料和逻辑推理的方法考察了当前我国体育经纪人管理法律制度的现状,并分析了我国体育经纪人发展存在的问题。同时对国外一些国家的体育经纪人管理及法律制度进行了分析和借鉴,从而提出对我国体育经纪人管理中的相关法律制度进行完善的建议,以期对我国体育经纪人管理的规范化和法制化提供参考。

| Abstract: | With professional sports in depth,sports brokerage industry also developed rapidly.Through literature and logical method,the article inspects the current sports agent law for the management,and analysis the question of the of China's sports agent exist in development.While some foreign countries,sports agents,management and legal system for the analysis and reference,Take proposals to the Chinese sports agent management of the relevant legal system.Hoping that it will take reference for legalization and standarlization of the current sports agent law for the management. |
