| 摘 要： | 福利院老人的生活质量与老人的人际关系状况有着密切联系。福利院老人的人际关系敏感,人际交往问题主要表现为三大类。采用归因理论分析老人的人际问题,提出改善老人人际关系的思路：改变自我归因与人际归因的模式,减少归因偏差。

| Abstract: | The quality of life for the elderly in welfare home is closely related to the elders’ interpersonal situation.The relationship of elders in welfare home is very sensitive,of which problems are mainly consentrated on three categories.This study analyzes the elders’ interpersonal communication problems by attribution theory and puts forward the ideas to improve the elders’ relationship: change the pattern of self and interpersonal attribution and reduce the deviation of attribution. |
