基于伯格威斯特理论的高职院校英语教师发展模式探究

摘    要:伯格威斯特的教师发展的理论模型给高校教师以及高校的发展给予了指引与规范。高职高专英语教师也属于高校教师,但是它又有其特殊性,高职院校英语教师的发展模式包括个人自我指导发展模式、工学结合发展模式、专业培训模式、信息技术的学科整合模式、咨询诊断教师发展模式等。

Abstract:Bergquist Theory model of the development of the teachers include personal development,teaching,development,organization development and so on.Higher vocational college English teachers have their own particularity.The developing mode of higher vocational college English teachers includes personal self-directed development pattern,the development mode of work-integrated learning,consulting diagnosis of teacher development mode,professional training mode and the integration of information technology.
