| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了电视信号数字化的基本过程和常用的码率压缩技术以及与MPEG视频压缩标准有关的基本概念,详细叙述了离散余弦变换方法,并比较了JPEG和MPEG的视频压缩编码标准以及在视频通信中的作用.
