| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查等研究方法，对影响大学体育教师教学效果和能力感的相关因素进行研究。认为，不同的学历、教龄和性别特征以及教师的个人能力和努力程度对教师的教学效能感具有显著影响；在学校环境因素中，校方的影响和工作提供的发展条件对高校体育教师一般教学效能感有很大影响；发展条件、学校风气、人际关系和学校物质环境是高校体育教师个人教学效能感和总体教学效能感的重要影响因素。
