| 摘 要： | 为适应市场对人才的需求，高职院校的人才培养正向以实践能力培养教育为核心转化。本文简单介绍了实验、实训基地建设的重要性及思路，并分析了当前高职院校实验、实训教学中存在的问题，笔者并根据自己的工作经验，提出一些改革实训方式；探索提高高职学生实践能力的途径。
