| 摘 要： | 哈贝马斯通过对生活世界理性化过程的讨论指出了现代社会面临的危机。传统社会生活世界所具有的知识和信念在现代社会失去了作用,这导致人们进行沟通行动时,在有效性和事实性之间产生了张力。哈氏通过分析法律的有效性和事实性,为现代社会人们的理性沟通找到一条解释之策略,以法律作为沟通的媒介重新融合了规范秩序的有效性和事实性。

| Abstract: | Habermas pointed out the crisis that the modem society is faced with by the discussion of the process of the life - world rationalization. The knowledge and faith that the life - world provided in traditional society can not work in modem society. It results in the tensile force between validity and factility in the process of carrying OUt the communicative action. Habermas found an explaining strategy of the rational communication for the people of modem society. He mixed the validity and factility of the normative order anew by regarding the law as the medium of communication. |
