| 摘 要： | 随着当代大学生在宿舍管理中由管理对象转换为服务对象,宿舍管理的内涵也发生了相应的变化。只有实施人性化管理,才能起到真正教育学生的目的。高职院校应该在学生宿舍管理制度、宿管人员素质、宿舍服务水平、学生参与宿舍管理和宿舍文化等方面制定相应的措施,凸现人性化。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of dormitory administration,college students,once regarded as the object of supervision,has now become the object of service.Together with it,the connotation of dormitory administration has also made corresponding changes.Thus,the implementation of humanistic administration becomes essential in this administration.It needs to establish a corresponding system for vocational colleges in the aspects of the competency of the administration teachers,the standard of the service,the enthusiasm of the students participating in dormitory administration and the construction of dormitory culture and so on. |
