| 摘 要： | 推进社会主义新农村建设,发展现代农业是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要环节。从具体要求看,人本是现代农业发展的前提,人文是现代农业发展的基础,人民是现代农业发展的主体。从现代农业发展过程看,人本、人文、人民构成了现代农业发展的机制。当前,推进现代农业发展,要处理好三者之间的关系,把握关键环节,一是全面落实科学发展观,把握我国现代农业发展的途径;二是大力弘扬和谐精神,推进我国现代农业发展的进程。

| Abstract: | The key to build a harmonious society of socialism is to push forward new rural construction of socialism and develop modern agriculture.From the view of a concrete requirement and to the development of modern agriculture,people oriented is regarded as the premise,humanity as the basis and people as the main body.From the process of modern agriculture,the three parts,i.e.people oriented,humanity and people,form the system of modern agricultural development.At present,in the development of modern agriculture,it is necessary to cope well with the three parts and to grasp two key links,one is to carry out the scientific development concept to the approach of developing modern agriculture in our country;the other is to develop harmonious spirit in the process of modern agricultural development of our country. |
