| 摘 要： | 提出了生态水利的概念和内涵,详细说明了工程水利、资源水利、社会水利和环境水利的内涵,并作了对比。认为五者之间不可分割,各有特点,相辅相成。在社会经济发展过程中,核心问题是水资源的优化配置和永续利用。

| Abstract: | The conception and connotation of ecological water conservancy are put forward.The connotation of engineering water conservancy,resources water conservancy,environmental water conservancy,social water conservancy and ecological water conservancy is illustrated and their relationship is compared.The result shows that they are inseparably interconnected and the key problem is optimal collocation and sustainable application of water resources in social-economic development. |
