| 摘 要： | 生态旅游区,是指具备人类生存的条件,可以被当代旅游者享用的自然生态或人文生态系统,是对现存生态环境的完善和提升,使旅游者能够亲近自然、观赏自然、体验自然,实现人与自然之间直接交流,满足当代人类回归自然愿望的旅游区。建设生态旅游区对于满足旅游者需求,调整旅游产品结构,保护生态文化旅游资源,带动地方经济社会发展,促进旅游业可持续发展具有重要的意义。建设生态旅游区必须遵循科学发展观和可持续发展的指导思想,坚持保护与开发相结合、科学规划和建设、符合国际规范和要求、全面协调可持续发展的基本原则。建设生态旅游区,必须建立和完善生态旅游区的管理体制和机制,加强生态旅游区的规划、建设和管理,加大生态旅游区环境保护宣传的力度,提高生态旅游区人才素质及服务质量等。

| Abstract: | Ecotourism is significant to meet the need of contemporary tourists and promote regional economic and social development. The building of ecotourisim districts must be guided by the outlook of scientific development and the principle of sustainable development. At the same time, the management system and mechanism for these districts should be established and perfected. |
