酒店员工英语培训策略初探

摘    要:日益激烈的酒店业竞争实质上是人才的竞争,因此,酒店有必要使从业人员尽快掌握英语口语技能,进而全面提升酒店员工的综合素质。然而,基于英语培训与资金投入、英语培训与经营活动、英语培训与人才培养等矛盾的影响,酒店员工英语水平现状堪忧。对此,笔者就转变培训观念、培训应与绩效考核相结合、培训应与激励机制相结合、设计合理的员工英语培训方案等几个方面,对矛盾的解决做了初步探讨。

Abstract:The fierce competition in the hotel industry can be summed up in the talent competition.Therefore,it is necessary for the hotel to make the employees to master English speaking skills as soon as possible,thereby enhance the overall quality of the hotel staff.However,based on the contradiction of English training and the capital investment,business activities and personnel training,the status of the hotel staff's English is worrying.In response,from changing concept of training,combining training with the performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms,designing rational training programs,the author makes a preliminary study on the solution of the problems.
