| 摘 要： | 学生旷课是高职院校教育教学和学生管理无法回避的现实情况,无论是旷课的人数还是旷课课程的数目都呈现日益恶化的趋势,这是一个困扰高职院校的一个突出问题.学生旷课不仅影响了教学进程,重要的是影响学生技能的培养.本文结合实际工作经验,分析高职院校学生旷课现象的原因,并提出解决逃课问题的对策.

| Abstract: | Truancy is the real problem of higher vocational education teaching and student management. Both the student number and courses number of truancy have increasingly deteriorated, this is a prominent issue for Vocational colleges. Students truancy not only affects the teaching process, but also affects cultivating students skills. Combined with practical experience, this paper analyzes the causes of students truancy phenomenon in higher vocational colleges, andproposes some countermeasures to solvetheproblem. |
