| 摘 要： | 高校教师业务档案是承载个人信息的组合体，具有识别特定个体信息的档案特点。针对我国目前个人信息保护立法工作相对滞后的现状，教师业务档案的管理部门是确保个人信息不受侵害的实现主体，从档案管理的各环节入手。采取一定的防护措施，建立个人信息控制人自律机制，对其承载的个人信息实行限制原则。通过网络技术实现教师业务档案管理的，应采取技术上的保护措施，管理系统的研制与开发需要个人信息保护制度的完善。

| Abstract: | College teacher＇s professional file is a combination carrying personal information with identifying information on file characteristics of a particular individual. Personal Information Protection against China＇s current legislation is lagging behind the status quo, teachers, business records management is to ensure that personal information from being encroached upon the realization of the main, from the various aspects of records management to start to take certain protective measures to establish a personal information controller, selfdiscipline mechanism to carry the personal information of its restrictions in principle. Via Internet technology and teacher＇s professional file management, and technical protection measures should be taken to manage the system research and development need to improve the personal information protection system. |
