| 摘 要： | 知识经济的兴起将带来教育观念和教育思想的变革，教育在促进经济发展的进程中，肩负着为社会主义现代化提供各类人才支持和知识贡献的历史使命。成人高等教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分，同样具有通过培养人才促进经济社会发展的作用，而其作用能否充分发挥，则取决于能否真正实现观念的更新和教学方式、教学手段的改革。
