| 摘 要： | 老龄化是各国社会发展进步的必然趋势,而老年人的养老问题是一个社会问题,直接关系着和谐社会的建设。我国的计划生育政策加速了人口老龄化,促使人口老龄化在国家还未富裕的条件下成为经济社会发展的严峻挑战。面对人口老龄化加速的现实,我国需要一个完善的养老体系,尤其是养老服务体系,而西式机构养老模式与中国的传统文化相冲突。通过对我国传统养老模式的分析、研究发现,以家庭服务保障为基础,以社区照顾为依托,以机构供养为补充,以网络化的社区养老服务中心为平台的"居家养老+社区照料"将是我国未来主流养老模式。

| Abstract: | The aging was the inevitable trend of national social development,and it was a social problem which directly related to the construction of a harmonious society.Chinese family planning policy accelerated aging and made aging of the population to be challenges of economic and social development.Facing the reality of accelerated aging,our country needs a sound pension system,particularly in old-age service system,while the western model is in conflict with the traditional Chinese culture.Therefore,this article analyzes that the mainstream of Chinese future pension models is neither the traditional family service nor western-style institutions,but "home-care + community care". |
