| 摘 要： | 受到经济形势不景气的影响，民营企业的生产经营遇到很多困难，企业文化建设更是举步维艰，定位模糊、内容单一、体系难以形成。因此，民营企业应该提高认识，把企业文化物质化、制度化，推动企业文化全面开花。
